Matchy Matchy

Thanks to Julia of Gal Meets Glam, I've recently ventured into the world of bold lips starting off with Revlon's ColorBurst Lip Butter in Raspberry Pie. I was a bit nervous at first because I wasn't sure how to wear a bold lip, but then I saw this genius idea from Jessica Chastain (btw I'm dying to see her new film, Zero Dark Thirty). I love how she added a pop of color to her black and white outfit by matching her hot pink lips with her Ralph Lauren saddle bag.

Inspired by Jessica Chastain, I decided to pair my new acquired Revlon LipButter in Raspberry Pie with my Kirna Zabete for Target lace clutch together. And voila!This instantly became my go-to party look during the holiday season and I'll admit I did rock this combo for both my Christmas and New Year parties. However, I'm glad this color also works outside the holidays, so friends don't be surprised if I'm rocking this combo the next time we're out for dinner. You've been warned.
